In September I purchased two of your pillows in Washington State.  I wanted to get the thin one but the sales staff assured me that the medium would be best for my wife and I.  I told them I like sleeping on a thin pillow but I will try it.  I tried this for one week and could not sleep soundly,  my neck also hurt when I awoke and I was unable to use it any more.  I contacted your company to get two thin ones instead.  Your company promptly sent me two thin ones with no hassle.  I now use one at the Fire Station where I work and the other one at home.  I have never had such sound sleep and my neck has no stiffness whatsoever when I awake.  The thin one was for me but my wife ended up liking the medium one.
